Twenty-five years of experience as a clinical, consulting, organizational, and research psychologist. Currently, provides the FBI with special involuntary critical incident intervention services, both in the United States and overseas, involving assessment, intervention and disposition to agents demonstrating destructive or volatile behavior. Designed a selection/screening methodology to assess the suitability and reliability of individuals assigned and operating in high-risk environments. Designed and implemented organizational development training programs to enhance intelligence operations, including the development of specialized interviewing and selection techniques, strategic planning, conflict resolution, team building, organizational assessment, psychological profiling and personnel reliability. Provides specific performance-oriented training programs for teams and individuals to meet the demand characteristics of the job, as well as their needs. These include programs for team building, negotiation, conflict resolution, intercultural communication, job transition, performance enhancement, the assessment of human reliability, influencing others with integrity, stress management, and the assessment of cognitive deficits among workers. Developed employee assistance program (EAP) and family support programs.
