The two-week course is designed for professionals who are experienced in the investigation and evaluation of violent crimes, crime scenes, and offenders. It addresses the motives, behavior, and crime scene characteristics of the violent criminal and provides innovative approaches to familiar and unfamiliar problems confronting modern professionals of violent crime. Topics include rape, violent female offenders, child molestation, threat analysis, homicide, ascertaining truth and deception, equivocal deaths, crime scene staging, and other topics related to violent crime behavior.
