Former FBI (41 years). Former Chief of the Latent Fingerprint Section of the FBI's Identification Division. Qualifies as an expert witness on fingerprint identification matters in federal courts and in all states. Directed the fingerprint training staff at the FBI Academy, which provided training to thousands of FBI agents, police officers, and investigators throughout the world. Presently conducts latent fingerprint training programs across the United States and is one of the few private sector experts on the use of laser technology for developing fingerprints. Recognized as a specialist in disaster management having personally participated with or supervised the FBI Disaster Team at numerous major disasters around the world.
