Former US Secret Service (21 years) Supervisory Special Agent, Behavioral Research Intelligence Division, Office of Protective Research. Mr. Baker provides expert consultation services and training related to violence assessment and workplace violence prevention, along with expert testimony regarding cases involving threats or acts of violence. He specializes in providing problem solving strategies to corporate management. He is an expert in the analysis and assessment of violent crimes, including homicide, rape, suicide, equivocal death analysis, and criminal assaults. Served as a consultant to the Virginia Tech Review Panel, commenting on events leading up to and resulting in the campus shootings in April 2007.
